To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這間拉麵🍜餐廳,是我老公的最愛❤️。他最小每一至兩星期總要食返一碗🍜。我因為怕肥😞,比較小吃。😆😆😆因為老公見到今期有蠔🦪🍜拉麵,這🍜拉麵上年已出過。上年食過非常喜歡,今年都一樣支持。不得不讚揚一下他們的拉麵🍜,不林不硬(有得選擇)。蠔🦪非常好食,開頭我怕會太熟,影響蠔🦪的口感同質感,但是他們沒有,可以用半生熟影容,我選了4隻蠔加火灸差燒,差燒非常好食,不硬很林,入口溶化。湯底更加無得輸,我成碗湯飲晒。如果蠔拉麵可以一年出幾次就好,不用等每年一次。😆我老公是個悶蛋,每次去都係食白熊火灸差燒拉麵。佢個碗都好食。這餐廳拉麵水準一流,值得推薦給大家👍🏻❤️
