To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

本身同屋企人同埋加拿大來的親戚約咗去附近嘅中餐廳食飯，不過兩個小朋友太肚餓了唔想等，打咗個電話過嚟睇吓有冇10人枱。非常好彩地知有足夠嘅位置容納我哋10個人。餐廳嘅服務一流，事關太多嘢食唔知點樣揀，服務員比咗兩個湯俾小朋友飲先。飲咗一個蘑菇湯一個南瓜湯，小朋友即刻開心晒仲有佢哋最鍾意食嘅蒜蓉包。講下主菜先：我哋主要叫咗四款嘢食，三文魚帶子意粉、豬手配薯菜、羊架牛肉串燒配豬腩肉、牛扒配薯菜。三文魚非常新鮮應該唔係雪藏嘅，因為俾小朋友食所以叫咗一個七成熟嘅三文魚。配意粉一流呢一份係豬扒意粉，唔知道佢個豬扒點樣整因為個豬扒實在太好食了豬手幫我地起埋骨，總共有五塊，非常方便我哋share。10分10分好食呢一份係我朋友叫嘅佢話好想食豬腩但係唔食羊。益左我我食埋。呢塊羊扒煮得非常好食，五成熟啱啱好

慶祝生日嘅好地方
