近排愛上左食潮州菜,今次就同朋友去左一間老字號既新店,餐廳菜式傳統之餘地方都好乾淨寬敞,同朋友慢慢食慢慢傾都冇壓迫感🪼涼拌海蜇頭($88)海蜇頭好爽口,涼拌既醬汁酸酸甜甜中帶d鹹味,好開胃🦢鵝三寶($298)三寶包括鵝件、鵝腸同粉肝。鵝件肉質有咬口,唔會霉。坊間捨得用新鮮鵝腸既餐廳唔多,口感比坊間既鵝腸更脆,同一般既急凍鵝腸好大分別。粉肝入口好似豆腐咁嫩滑,唔會實的的,而且同滷水汁好夾🐉清燉荷包鱔($118)一般既做法係用鹹菜葉包住白鱔,再加入雞湯燉熟,而呢度除左白鱔之外,仲加左金華火腿同冬菇等等既配料,令湯頭更濃郁🐷二十年老菜甫燉鮮豬($78)就咁睇一舊黑炆炆既老菜甫一d都唔起眼,但飲一啖湯就發覺小小一塊已經提升左成碗湯既鮮味,而家仲有陣陣既鹹香,好有驚喜

🪼涼拌海蜇頭($88)
海蜇頭好爽口,涼拌既醬汁酸酸甜甜中帶d鹹味,好開胃

🦢鵝三寶($298)
三寶包括鵝件、鵝腸同粉肝。鵝件肉質有咬口,唔會霉。
坊間捨得用新鮮鵝腸既餐廳唔多,口感比坊間既鵝腸更脆,同一般既急凍鵝腸好大分別。粉肝入口好似豆腐咁嫩滑,唔會實的的,而且同滷水汁好夾

🐉清燉荷包鱔($118)
一般既做法係用鹹菜葉包住白鱔,再加入雞湯燉熟,而呢度除左白鱔之外,仲加左金華火腿同冬菇等等既配料,令湯頭更濃郁
