To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好多人去Harbour grand都係食buffet,其實酒店的另一間餐廳harbour grill更出色啊,而且人唔多,仲有靚海景,肉類和海鮮嘅選擇也很多,服務屬老派酒店風格,很細心,聚餐或慶祝節日都好合適。3-course Set Lunch $378+1 per1✏️忌廉野菌湯 🍎9/10可以食到白蘑菇同大啡菇粒,湯很幼滑,面鋪了牛油同忌廉打成的泡沫,味道很香濃,絕對不是Hea人嘅麵粉湯。✏️香煎U10帶子伴烏魚子配檸檬牛油汁 🍎10/10帶子應該係今日mvp了,外脆內嫩,肉質也是飽滿厚身那種,牛油味很重,帶微微的焦香。✏️吞拿魚牛油果他他配香煎和牛粒生吞拿魚很新鮮,米片很香脆,仲有少許黑椒牛油果碎做伴碟,整體很fresh。✏️慢煮加拿大豬柳配黑松露汁 🍎7/10豬柳入口一點也不柴,但味道比較普通,冇咩記憶點,配嘅烤薯菜亦不會乾爭爭。✏️烤堅果碎澳洲羊架伴時令雜菜及方旦馬鈴薯 🍎9/10五成熟的羊架肉質呈嫩粉紅色,入口不羶,外層鋪了黃芥末和堅果碎再烤,是法式做法,鎖住肉汁,外酥內嫩,味道很好!
