逾半世紀歷史的百樂潮州酒樓重開,更以「百樂潮州酒樓(大少店)」之名重返銅鑼灣原址希慎道,喜愛潮州菜嘅我梗係同埋家人一齊嚟品嚐。餐廳裝修雅致,一坐下侍應會捧上功夫茶同一碟小食酸菜。錦繡四拼盤鵝肉~鮮嫩入味,滷水汁又唔會太鹹,滷豆腐也很嫩滑。潮陽炸雙棗~蝦棗香脆彈牙爽口;蟹棗外面香脆,食到蟹肉鮮甜。大少煙鱔~鱔魚肉質爽口煙燻香氣四溢。滷水崩沙腩~每一口都滲着濃郁嘅滷香,但肉質比較乾一些。杏汁豬肺湯~湯汁鮮甜濃郁醇厚,豬肺處理得非常乾淨。生焗胡椒花尾躉~以蒜子、乾蔥頭、薑角、焗香蔥胡椒等香料鋪底,肉質鮮味嫩滑,含豐富骨膠原。四寶片皮雞~將炸好嘅雞先片皮,雞肉切絲再拌上西杏、花生、提子、藍莓乾、腰果、合桃等,吃落雞肉嫩滑皮脆口感豐富。紅炆鵝掌煲~ 鵝掌吸盡冬菇和醬汁的香氣和精華,加上口感爽脆的生菜,十分好下飯。沙嗲炒牛河~沙嗲汁香口惹味,牛肉嫩滑,河粉就比較淋身。反沙芋件~外層被糖霜包裹,食落香脆,内裏芋頭夠粉夠香。
