To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天,跟D先生&F小姐一行四人到了九龍灣國際展貿中心的婚展會逛逛,之後本來打算到棉登徑吃豚王,誰不知才18:30,每日限量的魚王已經賣完,於是我們就到了佐敦吃老趙越南餐廳。 越南春卷 $40只有兩條的越南春卷,炸得很油膩,用生菜包著吃,醮上魚露醬汁,OK。沙嗲串燒牛&豬 $48/半打燒得乾了一點的串燒,吃起來有點乾韌,明顯的過了火喉。咖哩牛腩煲 $80 &烘蒜蓉包 $25咖哩味香濃又帶點椰汁味,兩者配合得不錯,牛腩、牛筋夠腍,用蒜蓉包醮咖哩吃,不錯。沙嗲牛肉粉 $48大量沙嗲醬汁倒在牛肉河炒上面,再鋪上兩片青瓜,賣相實在不敢恭維,味道尚可。生牛肉粉 $34跟E先生一人一碗生牛肉粉,很濃郁的湯底,配上爽滑河粉,片片生牛肉,好吃。 菠蘿粒炒飯 $60 賣相不太好,味道尚可,但配料較奇怪,除了菠蘿粒,還有越南札肉,跟這個比起來,泰式的菠蘿炒飯好吃得多了。這樣的環境,這樣的質素,這樣的價錢,感覺這一餐不太划算。
