Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚一個人專程由老遠地方跑到太子集衆菜館一嘗傳說中美味咕嚕肉，大約晚上七時左右到達，一推門見到客人不少，不過還有两張吉枱。我連忙示意老闆娘我是一個人，當她知道我只是一個人幫襯，就黑起塊臉，竟然顯示出我只得一人不願招待，又問我將會點什麼嘢食？我告知她我會點咕嚕肉及豬肺湯，跟著說我只有一個鐘食，你一個人幫襯少少，只食咕嚕肉點夠交租！她說話剛講完就反口，現在無位，所有枱已經有人定咗！當場無名火起三千丈！這間食店現在稍為出咗點名氣，就如對侍客人，再好食都永不光顧！
