今日老闆請食飯啊,萬歲🥳🥳好彩事前有book位,今晚先食得成😎今晚食咗以下嘅東西😙伊佐木刺身,三種食法1. 卷葉食2. 卷蔥食3. 輕點豉油魚一啲都唔腥,唔怕連葉食,葉無草青味,多左份清新感😆若魚咬落去充滿醬汁,可以連骨一齊食。酸甜酸甜的,夾埋墊底嘅洋蔥、蘿蔔好開胃三文魚魚籽高腳杯裝嘅"爆爆珠",勁開心🙈 有少少搞柚子皮係上面,底有蘿蔔絲,夏日的感覺廚師話魚籽係佢地自家拆出黎的,調味後唔會好似出面個d 咁鹹,又係我鐘意嘅一道菜。佢建議可以撈均蘿蔔一齊食八爪魚🐙係熟的!好軟糯❤️❤️ 味道真係調得好好,依間餐廳唔會太重手又唔會淡而無味,可以食到熟又唔韌的真係好難得即場手握壽司🍣金目鯛:有勁度,薄切北海道帆立貝配黑鹽:厚身既scallops ,爽+鮮深海池魚:網切帶左下面嘅油脂出黎,食落有煙燻嘅味,香味十足鰤魚:唔多機會食到,估唔到鮨石有得食鯖魚:好肥美,好有營養,常見的高蛋白質海產,含豐富Omega3秋刀魚:蔥香同魚好夾。而且秋刀魚唔腥赤鯥:白身魚王,脂肪充足,帶有甜味咁多種類既海產&壽司係要在佢地呢d檔次既餐廳先食到,希望老闆快快再萬歲啦😄😄
