曾經去過大埔店,見市區都有分店當然要再去幫襯下,下午二點等候人龍依然長長,用餐時間限時一小時,真的要密密口先食得切。 蟹籽燒賣皇 $28 咖哩蒸魷魚 $28魷魚一啲都唔韌,咖哩汁味道濃郁,仲有豆卜吸盡精華。 正宗潮州粉果 $20 金牌炸芋角 $18一碟兩件,外皮酥脆包住滿滿芋蓉。鮮蝦腐皮卷 $26腐皮炸到脆卜卜唔會韌,內有蝦膠同蝦肉,但食完有少許油膩感。 古法千層糕 $26新鮮蒸出很鬆軟,蒸糕與蛋黃餡料一層層分間著,濃郁蛋黃味。 薑汁桂圓紅棗糕 $20薑味濃,很Q彈,個人覺得不算太甜,趁熱辣辣上枱時食用最佳。整體食物質素不錯,可惜炎炎夏日要露天等位較辛苦,為食好西真的要付出一下。
