今次拉咗鬼佬去體驗下舊式香港嘅飲茶文化🫖(可惜都唔係推車仔🥹)呢間點心舖好多人幫襯,由我哋去到,到食完走,都一直有人等位。餐廳入面啲枱唔係好大,未必容納到一枱多過8人🤔有別於一般茶樓,呢間餐廳除咗有中茶飲,仲有其他飲品,例如凍/熱咖啡/奶茶,汽水,等等☕️呢度啲點心唔係計大中小點,而係明碼實價,價錢一目了然😌我哋4個人叫咗8樣點心,一個甜品(薑汁燉鮮奶),埋單都係$250左右,無加一服務費,茶錢只係$6一位,啲茶仲要係用茶葉沖(而家好多茶樓都係用茶包🥲),比起其他茶樓抵食👍🏻點心方面,所有食物都係即叫即整,所以擺到上枱都仲係熱辣辣,好正😋我哋超欣賞佢個蘿蔔糕,真係食到一絲絲蘿蔔😍而鬼佬就好鐘意個老馮金沙米皇腸,外軟內脆(腸粉入邊係炸蝦)😗值得一提嘅係鵪鶉蛋燒賣,而家真係買少見少,必食!留意番,佢哋啲包點係一籠2舊,如果多人食,記得叫多2籠🤗

以前去 @oldfung_tea_house 老馮茶居,我都係搭入去大埔真的有點點遠,依家荃灣千色都有一間方便左好多😙我喜歡佢地既裝潢用舊香港為主題,由街頭辦館到舊公屋都可以喺舖內見到😌老馮鮮蝦餃 $36.00大大隻蝦餃,蝦肉同豬肉比例合適,蝦肉肉質彈牙都鮮甜,必點✨鵪鶉蛋燒賣皇 $33.00平時我比較少點鵪鶉蛋燒賣,因為通常燒賣個豬肉比例我不喜歡,但老馮茶居這個有點驚喜,因為佢用了不少蝦肉變低左豬肉既油膩感,同口感爽好多,可以一試!沙嗲豬大腸 $33.00喜歡豬腸既朋友應該會喜歡,但有點邪惡🤭XO醬蘿白糕 $30.00切大粒既蘿蔔糕,外層炸了一炸特別香脆,蘿蔔糕內軟熟香甜,再加上微辣的XO醬顯得格外惹味!鳳爪排骨飯 $37.00我喜歡老馮茶居蒸飯既飯底,用砵仔蒸橫面比較闊,飯粒濕度平均粒粒分明,而且佢地蒸法比較清爽唔會好多油,排骨份量都不少,一個人食的話真的很飽!* 荃灣分店座位舒適,可以慢慢品嘗!依家仲有網購到家服務,唔一定要去分店先有得食,想懶懶豬等佢送都可以架!

親戚自遠方來 不習慣茶樓太嘈吵 專門㨂左呢款茶室 諗住有點心食 又唔會有茶樓的嘈吵聲音時間尚早 但因為地方淺窄 見倒佢大部分地方都係打對面坐 我地五個人就坐左喺門口張圓枱位 點心係整得唔錯 味道可以 侍應們服務態度亦好 有禮貌但座位同坐門口真心難受睇open rice評分 估計佢係sell裝修 但坐位其實真係非常不舒適 門口個自動門不停喺我背脊掃來掃去 都唔緊要 但佢應該係無乜油 每開一下門 就有一聲好大聲eat eat聲 由於早市人流較多 度門就不停開關 非常嘈吵 加埋叫飛果部機 基本上全餐都喺嘈吵聲下完成 十分難受

以前覺得老馮同蒸蘆,而家老馮越開越多,但係反而舊舖仲難食咗,一樣咁多人一樣咁嘅價錢,午市點心出到嚟,啲皮全部黐立立,全部嘢好明顯都Overcook,同以前水準爭好遠啲腸粉皮蒸到出嚟一夾就全部爛,茶又太甘,今日一食番蒸蘆就好覺,全部野新鮮出到黎都夾得,唔會爛。樣樣調味都仲係岩岩好,老馮調味就開始失準,蝦醬飯都仲ok,腸粉豉油明顯溝浠左,一啲味都冇,唔香,蝦餃啲蝦好夠,但冇曬汁,都冇蝦味好奇怪! 老馮需要認真思考質素,老顧客食過以前,唔會頂得順而家。
