To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

接下來的 蜜燒鵝肝金錢雞 伴 化皮金陵乳豬件 就是首道菜式,兩者都是邪惡之物,令人又愛又恨啊!其中金陵乳豬拌上輕脆的炸米粉絲,令原已皮脆肉香的它更添脆口感,美味;蜜燒鵝肝金錢雞怎我也不敢吞下冰肉,但鵝肝與叉燒本身都夠油分好吃了。

聖誕套餐全是位上,接著這 鮮拆蟹粉花膠燴官燕 更是豪華得誇張:可以用筷子夾起來吃的燕窩,到底有多少錢 (兩) 啊?燕窩與澎湃蟹粉合組成太極圖案,底下還有滋補花膠,合成份量慷慨、鮮香美味、滋補養顏的珍品,有小火爐保溫關係,慢慢吃也不怕變冷!

矜貴菜式還未完,接著的 北海雲丹燒焗開邊加拿大龍蝦,那金黃面層非芝士,乃是北海道海膽加甘荀、洋蔥、鮮菇煮成的海膽沙律醬,大家能想像到那鮮上加鮮的曼妙滋味嗎?

繼續還有 蠔皇鮮鮑片 扣 南美遼參,巨大的鮑片煙韌入味,好吃,遼參就稍為發得較腍,但味道也很棒;而最精彩,是墊底的豆苗,收吸盡海鮮的鮮味,好吃得升仙!

其實一邊吃,大家都一邊覺得這餐超豐富、超抵食,食物吃之不完!轉個頭,又有 金銀蒜蔥白蒸花尾龍躉柳,雖然肉質嫩滑、輕輕的調味帶出鮮味也是高章,但我開始吃不完了....

還未完!紫薯百合玉帶鳳尾雲吞 以香甜紫薯及脆口百合配襯鮮滑帶子/魚肉雲吞,送出一隻雲吞(皮薄餡鮮其實挺不錯),忍不住清光了那香甜柔美的高湯及紫薯,真的滿足了~

而押尾還有 鱈場蟹肉燴絲苗,而且蟹肉鮮甜澎湃、底下絲苗煮得極具咬口,美妙非凡!
 但飽到150%的我真的吃不下,只淺嚐了一口,就交給食友打包,免得暴殄天物~

聖誕套餐的甜點是 士多啤梨卷.騾打滾兒,撞鬼兩款都頗好吃呢,唯有默默展開第二胃,將它們全部收納清光。兩邊相比,個人會更鍾情帝京軒吃足8道菜的套餐,推介給大家!
