To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日同大學朋友一齊聚餐，我哋已經好耐冇見面，所以決定一齊嚟呢度試吓粵菜，順便重溫吓舊時光。我哋叫咗四樣經典粵菜，都非常美味😋👉🏼 即燒大紅乳豬乳豬嘅外皮烤得金黃酥脆，嫩滑嘅豬肉肉質非常鮮嫩，每一啖都充滿咗濃郁嘅肉香🤩 我哋一班朋友都食得津津有味😋👉🏼 避風塘脆茄茄子炸得香脆好食，加埋調味得非常濃郁，蒜蓉同埋辣椒嘅味道適中，又唔會搶咗茄子嘅風頭，令呢道菜嘅味道非常均衡！👉🏼 金蒜陳醋拍青瓜非常清爽開胃嘅小菜！青瓜嘅清香同脆爽感，搭配上陳醋嘅酸味及蒜蓉，帶嚟一種清新又濃郁嘅口感。開胃又解膩😋👉🏼 豉蒜虎皮尖椒外皮因煎炒過嘅尖椒形成咗皺摺同微焦，俗稱‘虎皮尖椒’，外皮脆口內裡軟嫩，再配上蒜蓉同豉油，係非常下飯嘅菜色！
