晚上約左舊同學,就在舊校園對面的#吃扒開餐,進食時餐廳在播放緊我哋年代嘅歌,大家懷舊一番,共同回憶當年,真係咩情懷都番黎,認真係盞🙊。我地點左2個餐共同分享,再加$20配搭套餐- 有餐湯及飲品。餐湯要了羅宋湯,足料香濃飲落酸甜,我哋額外再滲了些胡椒粉更加正。羅勒香草忌廉海龍王意大利飯,有大虎蝦1隻,炸魚熟度剛好,炸得香脆可口,肉柔軟幼嫩,調味恰到好處,意大利飯用了蜆肉、墨魚仔同雜菌同煮,飯面鋪上很多蟹籽,入口層次感豐富,我哋都食得好開心😉。 熱溶芝士紐西蘭牛柳配薯菜,店員先會添加熱溶芝士,再倒進醬汁在熱辣辣的鐵板上,Wow☺️。雖然點了7成熟度,在鐵板上一陣都己全熟了,但牛柳還是很柔軟的,再點埋芝士跟醬汁,味道更加捧。餐茶叫了傳統的熱咖啡☕️跟熱檸檬茶。
