To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢間活一鮮食過好多次,午餐100蚊有找。唯獨今次既體驗真係唔好,要認真考慮是否再黎幫襯平日中午時分,呢間活一鮮都特別多人,所以要黎就盡量避開lunch time(1pm)啦。好多附近中小學、港大學生職員會落黎食。咁今日就晏晝2點先去食,都有位既。一入去,負責帶位既後生男職員已經態度好hea-唔關忙事,見入面個個staff都忙,而且都過左中午時分peak hour啦,比少少禮貌得唔得呀?無藉口喎。同佢講幾多位,問野,佢會hea應,眼神唔會望你,感覺無乜禮貌。反而bar台既廚師就好好人啦,落單呀無餐具同佢地講,即刻就向樓面反映,而且我落單都係同bar台廚師落,唔洗10分鐘就有野食啦。但居然餐具未有同番bar台師傅講,佢叫樓面,頭先個後生男職員先死死地氣拎餐具過黎,同埋送上麵豉湯同沙律。首先,三文魚刺身居然有d暖,完全唔新鮮,而且無乜味,成程飯要係咁撈豉油食(仲要我呢台無晒豉油都唔加,要問隔離枱拎!)海膽算可,唔會有臭味,撈少少飯食係ok既。當然唔好expect好新鮮啦。飯真係唔得,以為加少少醋就扮到日本飯;好多痴埋一舊,擺明香港米黎。麵豉湯一個字:咸!飲左幾啖飲唔落。沙律-佢落隻醬勁奇怪,

首先,三文魚刺身居然有d暖,完全唔新鮮,而且無乜味,成程飯要係咁撈豉油食(仲要我呢台無晒豉油都唔加,要問隔離枱拎!)

海膽算可,唔會有臭味,撈少少飯食係ok既。當然唔好expect好新鮮啦。
飯真係唔得,以為加少少醋就扮到日本飯;好多痴埋一舊,擺明香港米黎。
麵豉湯一個字:咸!飲左幾啖飲唔落。
沙律-佢落隻醬勁奇怪,唔似配沙律既醬,似係點d麵包既醬,總之怪怪地、酸酸地。


整體而言,野食真係無樣好食,過唔到水準(成碗係叫海膽好少少),普通三文魚同飯都做唔好。

staff尤其個後生職員既態度真係要改善下,客人同你講野要望住人,唔係hea應。
