To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 當日我們2個人,坐左喺四人枱,我地打對坐左邊的。張枱都係set 左邊放左筷子,豉油碟,張餐紙。未開始食,都眼見張餐紙有豉油漬。都唔明點解連少少衛生常識都唔處理好。個手紋身職員 和另一個縶馬尾長髮職員經常都企喺出餐前面bra枱傾計。每次都將食物擺放我地嘅右邊枱,佢地好似對腳唔識行咁,個bar枱一出餐,就係另轉身直接放我地嘅右邊枱,次次都要我地自己張食物擺返自己前面,客人食完食物嘅碟又唔收。重點係當時唔係忙,佢兩個淨係吹水傾計。食物質素都一般。
