荃灣牛県石燒牛扒, 一直是大熱的石燒牛. 七時多,食客已經滿滿. 和朋友來個石燒牛套餐. 七款選擇中, 我們吃牛橫隔膜腹肉和是日精選. 店員接著遞上圍裙防油濺, 也拿來汽水. 牽上後,喝著聊著.  不消一會, 跟餐的沙律, 素飯, 西式西洋菜湯和薯條來了.  簡單基本的沙律, 蕃茄和菜也夠新鮮;西式西洋菜湯則有點像濃抺茶,同時帶有甘味;粗薯條條條熱騰騰. 食扒的最佳配搭. 主菜大過手掌的牛扒, 份量超讚. 燙熱的岩石板緩緩燒著封煎過的精選和牛橫隔膜腹肉. 將本身緊鎖的肉汁逐一釋放. 由一成開始, 隨著個人喜歡的生熟度,熨熟便可.  食一件,砌一件, 肉嫩多汁,十分惹味.  配上兩碟醬汁紅酒牛肉汁和阿根廷青醬,各有特色, 一牛兩口味非常棒. 最厲害的是那塊岩石板鎖熱很強. 吃了差不多半小時, 釋出熱力也能燒好最後一件牛. 伴著素飯一件又一件, 牛県石燒牛扒好好食.
