To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

這晚和媽媽、舅父舅母吃晚飯，走到家附近的海光街附近一眾上班族，海光街一帶變成了上班族覓食的好地方坐得舒服Lunch, tea set menu說到馬來西亞和新加坡菜，當然不少得美味又滋補的肉骨茶還有喇沙海南雞飯還有各式各樣具風味菜式。餐前小吃以帶肉的骨配合中藥煲成的湯，材料豐富，包括冬菇、玉竹、黨參、當歸、紅棗、甘草、胡椒粒等，藥材味較重，非常滋補材料豐富，淆成濃郁入味的馬來西亞肉骨茶新加坡肉骨茶以大量白胡椒入湯，胡椒香味濃郁，材料包括白胡椒、蒜頭、冬瓜、白蘿蔔，有驅寒消疲的食療功效。好足料的海鮮喇沙！有蝦、帆立貝、魚片、蟹柳、蛋、豆卜、芽菜，湯底香濃，椰香味也很重，好正海南雞份量豐富！肉質嫩滑！黑松露味道香濃整隻雞全翼和家人吃得開心的晚餐服務員非常友善
