To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

例牌嘅股票友小聚都係黎返大圍依間海港今次得幾丁友,叫左幾個小菜首先係龍蝦伊麵,正正常常,係我手殘硬係食D有殼嘅野就會食到勁狼狽之後係燒鵝例牌,熱辣辣捧出黎夠晒香嫰,不過食多2舊就會覺得太咸,連我重口味開都覺得咸,我D同伴一早就停左手,其實醃料可能真係唔使咁重手第3樣係西蘭花炒帶子,比較油膩,帶子亦比較薄,鮮味同口感都唔太好最後上嘅係條蒸魚,勁難食,本身已經等左好耐先到,其他餸食晒都仲未到,拎到出黎又好似甩皮甩骨咁,所以相都廢事影,然後魚肉又散又削,不了,其中一個fd直情食左一啖就冇再食
