To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

據說,最新的迎新方式,就是吃一餐好的。為了犒賞員工工作,上司請了我們一Team人去康德思酒店The Place食Buffet。一入餐廳,先經過甜品區,一道道精美點心是自助餐最不可缺的。 The Place提供至新鮮海鮮,包括蝦、蟹鉗、青口、花螺⋯⋯還提供很多自助餐未必提供到的即開生蠔,生蠔非常新鮮,雖然不算特別肥美飽滿,但口感很Creamy,海水味好濃厚,既甘且甜。一口氣就食了五隻。刺身亦非常新鮮,但款式唔算多,三文魚、吞拿魚、甜蝦等基本刺身標配都有齊。推介這道芝士焗龍蝦,龍蝦有一隻手板大,蝦肉面上舖著一層厚厚芝士,好彩地夾到一隻有膏的龍蝦,蝦肉厚、蝦膏甘香、芝士味濃,好食。另外自助餐提供即煎鵝肝,兩位廚師不斷煎,不斷Serve沒停手,每人每次限拎兩份。每次都要排隊先拎到,可見幾受歡迎。鵝肝煎出來的油分都留在平底鍋,剩餘一點點的油分把鵝肝的口感和味道昇華,兩款醬我喜歡點藍莓醬,酸甜的味道把鵝肝的膩感都帶走,非常美味。即燒肉眼扒亦不錯,可惜火候略過了,肉質較老,但牛味濃郁,還是值得一試的。吃完主食,女孩子最愛就是甜品環節。這裡的甜品做得非常精緻美觀。這個手袋其實是朱古力慕斯,口感軟滑,

我最愛的雪糕,整得很滑,大概有七至八種味可以選擇,其中我覺得比較好味的是焦糖燉蛋味和果仁口味,青檸味和芒果味就略酸。

寫到最後,發現自己其實好多樣食物都未試,例如西班牙焗海鮮飯或者是印度烤肉等等。單是吃上面那些我就吃的要撐死,希望來年都可以好似我的肚皮一樣,豐食飽滿!😄
