To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 年初在海洋公園玩了一天, 要找餐廳吃晚餐。一向吃山上的冰極餐廳,今次試新野,是新派泰國菜。 以為晚市開始前前來,早點吃就一定有位,誰知原來大部分座位一早被預定了。等了半小時,終於可入座,都只能坐bar枱,否則不知要再等多久。因此,想吃的朋友,建議先訂座。 ▶️lamb shank $208 驚喜! 羊膝肉很嫩,已煮得很淋,幾乎與骨頭分離。咖哩汁好惹味,加了香料很有東南亞風味。絕對停不了口。▶️fried noodle $188 有半隻大蝦。 金邊粉炒得很香。 ▶️satay pork n beef $98 見到其他人在吃,所以點了一份。串燒沒令我失望,肉質滑嫩,沙嗲汁微甜而且惹味非常。 雖然比街外的餐廳貴,但性價比算高。食材質素高,煮法技巧純熟。值得吃
