今晚晚餐選址啟德港鐵站上蓋的新商場Airside,食京川滬菜《五匠六釜》,6樓平台花園對出就係,地方算寬敞吾迫狹。揀咗醉雞、蔥爆牛肉、鮮椒紫蘇田雞鍋和甜品脆炸鮮奶。差唔多每枱都叫嘅招牌菜醉雞,份量足夠而且入味好食,雞肉彈牙爽滑有酒香,淨食都吾會太咸。蔥爆牛肉味濃肉香,每塊牛肉和京蔥均勻地沾滿了醬汁,送飯一流。田雞鍋選用肥美田雞配同青紅兩色椒絲爆香,又脆又嫩。甜品嘅脆炸鮮奶好香奶味,外面炸得很金黃但不油膩,味道不會太甜,就算吃得飽但都食得落!順帶一提,餐廳有出特飲,主打嘅鴨屎香檸檬茶值得一試。
