To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 和朋友去銅鑼灣辦事,中午就在銅鑼灣食午餐,傻更更入左來食這間餐廳我們叫左一鍋酸菜烤魚和豬肚雞煲好多配菜,不用再加先煲一下,等食呀烤魚口感脆,厚肉,酸辣味十足朋友食到出魚帶腥,又太辣本人覺得魚不烤過會吃出魚的鮮香,我感覺烤魚不滑,可能疫情,魚烤過方便雪藏雞煲煮一煮:豬肚原度足但太老,雞差不多骨多肉少湯汁還可以帶有少少酒香兩人限聚令食太多啦⋯⋯叫白飯15元朋友過越食越辣,辣到要吃冰餐廳不容易,午市只做5檯客人午餐好便宜可以試吓
