帝京酒店雖然處於旺角中心地帶,卻給人一種遠離塵囂的感覺。十分喜歡這裡的停車大堂,設計型格而且可直接搭上帝京軒,消費夠$800元就有3小時免費拍車優惠,挺方便的。與其說帝京軒是一所中菜廳,我覺得它的環境比較像一間宴會場所,食物無論是味道及賣相都十分精緻,menu十分多元化,不論是古老、新穎或時令的菜式如蛇宴也一應俱全。我一向都不太喜歡吃前菜;第一,不知道是否新鮮:第二,通常都不太好吃。但帝京軒的炸合桃大家千萬不要錯過,因為是每日新鮮即炸,用蜂蜜調味,而且沒下任何添加劑,大家可放心吃。平時來這裡大多是飲宴性質,這晚卻試了多款菜色,給PJ最大驚喜的反而是那些考功夫的老菜式。我們的No.1 dish是這香酥荔芋鴨,芋頭炸至外層金黄香脆,口感跟我們兒時常吃的芋角相似。鴨肉被一層軟綿綿的芋頭包圍着,難得的是鴨肉保持濕潤,成件放入口,極具層次,一點也不覺肥膩。帝京軒亦準備了一款蒜汁來伴荔芋鴨件,阿P好鍾意,因他是葱蒜王。帝京軒的燒味水準也絕不差,面前的這件乳豬烤得皮脆肉嫩,一點肥膏也沒有,啱哂我口味!想不到酒店也會用心做類似 "金錢雞" 的經典手功老菜。雞肝、叉燒及肥豬膏一併放入口,雖然晶瑩剔透的
