To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

第一次試這間自助午餐，絕對冇驚喜，熟食唔多選擇，味道一般；冷盤有生蠔，蝦，小龍蝦，但冇長腳蟹，很失望。甜品雖然選擇多，但超級甜，唔好食；雪糕係Movenpick，但盛載碗是熱的，雪糕已經比得很細球，回到坐位時已溶了一半。每位$438還要加一，用恆生咭有72折，但用這價錢吃這些食品絕對唔值。
