Restaurant: Fat Belly Butcher & Gin House

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一年前同朋友食過 個時感覺幾好 係可以揀個牛既大小 g數 味道都好食依家食都冇得揀話說今日同朋友去食 揀左tenderloin叫medium rare見到塊扒嚇親 熟到咁(medium well- well done) 第一次冇影到相 叫佢換第塊 因為熟得滯心諗:熟過煲湯牛肉 點食呀第二次上碟 個侍應企係隔離我切左一刀 係張圖咁 佢問我得唔得已經9點幾 再煎過黎都食唔切得就得 不過塊扒我已經冇食都唔會再去食P.s. gin 係好飲既 食牛就不了大埔收呢個價 我出番去中環尖沙咀銅鑼灣食唔好?

我切左一刀 係張圖咁 佢問我得唔得
已經9點幾 再煎過黎都食唔切

得就得 不過塊扒我已經冇食
都唔會再去食

P.s. gin 係好飲既 食牛就不了
