廣東燒味是個人最愛系列之一,吃過幾次這裏,覺得品質和價錢都很值得,加上這裏的廚師是米芝蓮二星中餐的燒味部主管,更加有信心。這裏的燒味是全日不停燒製,因此更加香脆可口。一人套餐:燒鵝拼乳豬$102,燒鵝有胸部及腩肉部份,被修飾中。乳豬皮脆肉嫩,又有脂肪,亦有乳豬肉吃。一人套餐:原隻燒鵝髀慶肥腩叉$155,燒鵝髀皮脆肉嫩,肥腩叉用上了五花腩切燒製而成,脂肪甘香,肉質軟腍腍,非常邪惡又美味。凍檸茶跟餐$8,如果檸檬再多一點更好,茶味香濃。油菜:清甜爽口,蠔油份量適中。小食:青瓜配木耳,用醋醃製而成,酸酸甜甜,非常開胃。老火湯,今日係合掌瓜煲紅蘿蔔,味道清甜,沒有加半點味精。麻辣尖椒皮蛋每份$20,沒有尖椒,只有香濃的辣椒油和皮蛋。😂😂😂😂
