友人喜歡中環蘇豪區,前晚選了此法國餐廳作為與她小別餞行的地方。我第一次到這餐廳,進去感覺餐廳窄長,空間感頗細。我們被安排在門口旁的高身枱,隔著玻璃望街景感覺不錯,但上菜時就變為覺得餐枱太細,容不下太多食物。1)頭盤: Perigourdine鵝肝醬,鴨胸和鴨內臟製的腸配上沙律菜感覺很新鮮,調味不錯2)頭盤: Escargots 半打以pesto sauce 焗製,由於我們吃的時候已經涼了,吃的時候感覺有點腥味3)主菜: Bouillabaisse 類似海鮮濃湯,此道菜會跟小份量面包。海鮮有軟壳蟹,魚,蝦,青口,鱿鱼,湯的味道偏淡,但由於海鮮味濃,兩者配上後會覺得夠味。4)甜品: creme brulee, apple tatin味道可以,但兩款甜品都用相同的脆餅作伴碟,重複吃感覺有點漏(也可能因為飽)。apple tatin 的蘋果略嫌太硬。5)飲品: fruit punch, house red 我飲的fruit punch 與以前飲的感覺很不同,是不太好飲,不建議點這飲品。或者bartender 好少沖呢類無酒精飲品總括來說,這餐廳是與三五知己輕鬆談心的好地方,餐廳一半以上的食客都

總括來說,這餐廳是與三五知己輕鬆談心的好地方,餐廳一半以上的食客都是外藉人士,加上街頭景色,很有異國風情
到蘇豪區食晚飯,其實也就是感受這種氣氛吧!
