To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 每次行開灣仔或者坐電車經過開灣仔,都想上1963木十豆寸試吓,今日由於會去灣仔睇舞台劇,於是就同老友上黎試吓佢個lunch。我地叫左櫻花蝦炒飯、炸豬扒米粉同埋鴨血麵,另外加左個3杯特飲。食物味道清淡健康為主,唔算油膩。食物質素唔錯,而且餐廳環境同佈置都一流,好似番左舊時嘅香港一樣,好適合大家去打卡影相。不過美中不足嘅地方係要行兩層樓梯先上到去餐廳,但係為左美食同打卡行多兩步路都係值得嘅,當係餐前嘅一個小運動。
