To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

這冰廳歷史悠久， 新老闆保留原有裝修的味道再加入新元素，難怪每天都有很多人排隊光顧兼打卡。先談飲品，叫咗似乎是鎮店之寶的啡立克及Latte，啡立克其實就係咖啡加好立克，味道不錯，不過如果你係想飲咖啡嘅話呢杯野應該唔合你心意，因為咖啡味好淡。Latte味道唔錯。佢有4款cake，我哋叫晒黎試。菠柚泡芙入面啲菠蘿同柚子食到新鮮嘅味道，d生果嘅汁無搞到個泡芙濕立立，難得。杏霜卷蛋嘅杏霜味好香，同件卷蛋嘅質感好夾，兩樣舊嘢走埋一齊變咗樣新東西，一d都唔夾硬。檸茶曲奇係淋淋地嗰種曲奇，食到中間檸檬味重啲，味道都唔錯，不過就似乎無乜茶味。焦糖蛋撻係4款之中唯一嘅熱點，蛋嘅部份做到香滑兼備，出餐前火槍燒一燒個面，唔會太燶。整體體驗唔錯，不過如果要排隊就唔係好值得。
