To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

喺呢間舊式茶餐廳坐低，一股懷舊嘅氣氛撲面而來。嗌咗一份皮蛋瘦肉粥，面頭擺滿了食材，皮蛋嘅鹹香同瘦肉嘅鮮甜，刚刚好融合埋一齊。粥底滑溜，啖啖精華啊！💖面包脆卜卜，牛油融化時嘅香味真係叫人心癮癮。餐蛋撈面嘅麵條Q彈得嚟不過淋，嘗一啖，美妙嘅口感喺口腔內爆發，好過癮！🍜下一道菜，檸檬鮮魚扒。魚扒煎得金黃香脆，驚喜嘅係檸檬汁嘅酸甜提鮮，叫人食指大動。係咁樣簡單嘅搭配，就整出了難以忘懷嘅味道。🍋最後嚟個菠蘿油，菠蘿嘅香甜與奶油牛油之間，係一場完美嘅滋味交織，呢啲簡單嘅食物，竟然俾我食出咗一份幸福嘅感覺。真係平民美食嘅小確幸！每一啖都充滿滿足感，發現好味道，原來咁容易！🍍
