To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

不同於一般煲仔飯店，憶食尚有漂亮舒適的裝修，坐得舒服，服務不錯。可能因為夏天的關係，或因對煲仔飯來説偏貴，人不多。主打自家一條龍生產的臘味、麵條和半鮮咸魚等，店內可以購買食過覺得好味的產品，亦有個video和相片介紹生產過程。不過説實話這些雖然重要，但不會是我選擇餐廳的主因。試過幾款菜式，推介川味臘腸，味道似salami，適合送酒和喜愛蒜味的人。招牌煲仔飯的廣式臘腸，甜甜地，好味，個人對煲仔飯不是太有研究，但飯粒、飯焦和豉油都不錯。飲過兩款湯亦不錯，感覺真材實料，應該沒有味精。總括來說，坐得舒適，食物味道好，雖然少貴，但會被納入我帶老人家去的餐廳之一。
