To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

想食泰國菜，唔洗一定要去九龍城既，去銅鑼灣都可以坐得舒舒服服咁食到泰味道架😚😚呢次嚟到銅鑼灣既小曼谷，有整個火車頭喺入口，裝修都幾有心思～同朋友一共點左四樣食物share，整體都唔錯！！！✨芝士蝦丸✨我哋要左份細既，有三大粒！！每粒都炸至外層金黃香脆，內層包住滿滿既芝士～食到我地舐舐脷🤣🤣✨串燒牛肉✨一份兩串，牛肉食落唔乾仲幾嫩👍👍沾上附送既沙嗲醬就更為惹味！！✨小曼谷炒米粉(轉金邊粉)✨薄蛋包裹住炒得乾身足料既金邊粉～既有蟹柳粒、扎肉粒、豬頸肉粒之外，仲有蝦肉添！！每啖都食到不同既配料，非常豐富💕✨椰汁西米糕拼千層糕✨每款各有三件，賣相精美🤗🤗兩款到食到椰香又唔會過甜～
