To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我最近在華星冰室用餐，整體體驗非常愉快。華星冰室的環境非常乾淨，餐桌和地面都保持得很好，讓人感到很舒適。裝潢帶有懷舊風格，讓人感到放鬆。座位安排合理，不會感到擁擠。服務員也會定期清理，給人一種安心的感覺。每次來這裡用餐都很愉快。我點了他們的招牌絲襪奶茶，口感順滑，茶香濃郁，甜度剛好，非常好喝。隨後，我試了菠蘿包，外脆內軟，搭配一片黃油，簡直是絕配。此外，還點了一份蛋治，蛋煎得恰到好處，味道鮮美。服務方面，服務員的態度非常友善，點餐和上菜的速度都很快，讓我們不必久等。整體來說，華星冰室不僅食物美味，環境舒適，還有良好的服務。我一定會再來！
