⚓️熊妹今日早放工,又等埋放工卡肥放工,就一齊去到灣仔一間秘密西餐廳《Flagship》食西餐。📌之前熊妹同啲豬朋狗友嚟過灣仔船街飲酒🍾,發現了呢間隱蔽嘅西餐廳《Flagship》就喺船街嘅盡頭,門面設計西式得來有啲復古嘅味道,仲有啲花草樹木💐做擺設,成個後花園咁特別,所以一早book mark咗📝。📌門口有個露天雅座,有個黑色大帳篷,好似人哋拍攝電影咁,唔講以為係拍攝場地📽。📌餐廳有兩層,以木系嘅裝潢,仲擺咗啲盆栽種植,好似一間西式嘅獨立屋咁,自成一角。📌入到餐廳樓底都幾高,用上白色磚枱凳,燈光好鮮明,有四五張二人枱,或者合併做死人枱,仲有二至四人嘅梳化位。📌另外,上一層樓梯,仲有樓上雅座,都係有多張二人枱,同埋一張可以容納五至六人嘅大枱,成個氣氛真係充滿歐陸風格的西餐廳。📌西餐Menu一大張,令人一目了然!前菜、沙律、主菜、意粉、燴飯同甜品都有齊,有啲菜式仲要係混合多國菜的款式,有混入泰式風味嘅冬陰功,又有港式風味嘅避風塘口味同中菜麻辣風味等等,成件事切合香港人口味,原來都唔係西式咁簡單喎!📌Drink menu就當然唔少得酒精類飲品啦🥃,紅酒🍷、白酒🍾、香檳🥂、雞尾酒🍸通通都有,仲

哇!章魚鬚🐙好大一條喎!係真係成條章魚鬚咁上,唔係剩係得魚鬚嘅尾尾,章魚鬚煙熏味好重,咬落去好彈牙好有口感,煙靭得來又唔係鞋口,唔會咬唔斷,應該係首先將章魚煮熟透之後再去煙燻,廚師仲將章魚前面較厚嘅位置設成一嚿嚿,容易熟啲同入口啲,再加入了大大粒魚子,食章魚鬚時連魚子一齊食,爆出嚟嘅魚子汁再調出鹹鹹的海鮮味,同章魚鬚煙燻味互相輝映,味道幾特別!

食完肉食就食款澱粉落肚啦。卡邦尼一般芝士奶油忌廉汁配上煙肉粒,呢款特色卡邦尼特色在中西混合菜,沒有用上西式的煙肉粒取而代之,係金華火腿同臘肉,中式嘅臘肉醃製過,比係煙肉嘅鹹香味多一份甜味。
