⚓️熊妹今日早放工,又等埋放工卡肥放工,就一齊去到灣仔一間秘密西餐廳《Flagship》食西餐。📌之前熊妹同啲豬朋狗友嚟過灣仔船街飲酒🍾,發現了呢間隱蔽嘅西餐廳《Flagship》就喺船街嘅盡頭,門面設計西式得來有啲復古嘅味道,仲有啲花草樹木💐做擺設,成個後花園咁特別,所以一早book mark咗📝。📌門口有個露天雅座,有個黑色大帳篷,好似人哋拍攝電影咁,唔講以為係拍攝場地📽。📌餐廳有兩層,以木系嘅裝潢,仲擺咗啲盆栽種植,好似一間西式嘅獨立屋咁,自成一角。📌入到餐廳樓底都幾高,用上白色磚枱凳,燈光好鮮明,有四五張二人枱,或者合併做死人枱,仲有二至四人嘅梳化位。📌另外,上一層樓梯,仲有樓上雅座,都係有多張二人枱,同埋一張可以容納五至六人嘅大枱,成個氣氛真係充滿歐陸風格的西餐廳。📌西餐Menu一大張,令人一目了然!前菜、沙律、主菜、意粉、燴飯同甜品都有齊,有啲菜式仲要係混合多國菜的款式,有混入泰式風味嘅冬陰功,又有港式風味嘅避風塘口味同中菜麻辣風味等等,成件事切合香港人口味,原來都唔係西式咁簡單喎!📌Drink menu就當然唔少得酒精類飲品啦🥃,紅酒🍷、白酒🍾、香檳🥂、雞尾酒🍸通通都有,仲

哇!章魚鬚🐙好大一條喎!係真係成條章魚鬚咁上,唔係剩係得魚鬚嘅尾尾,章魚鬚煙熏味好重,咬落去好彈牙好有口感,煙靭得來又唔係鞋口,唔會咬唔斷,應該係首先將章魚煮熟透之後再去煙燻,廚師仲將章魚前面較厚嘅位置設成一嚿嚿,容易熟啲同入口啲,再加入了大大粒魚子,食章魚鬚時連魚子一齊食,爆出嚟嘅魚子汁再調出鹹鹹的海鮮味,同章魚鬚煙燻味互相輝映,味道幾特別!

沙律菜用上近期大熱的健康食品-羽衣甘藍,本身有一種獨特嘅普通話,廚師聰明地用上八珍甜醋代替了一般西式用嘅黑醋汁,八珍甜醋份外香味再帶點甜味,可以大減羽衣甘藍嘅草青味,容易入口啲,食完章魚鬚再食羽衣甘藍就可以消除濃味,成個食材配搭幾夾。

嘩!成塊斧頭扒咁嘅樣,厚切豬扒有成一寸咁厚,豬肉一定要煮得熟透先可以食,慢煮方法煮12個鐘,成塊豬扒嘅每一個部位慢煮得非常平均,唔會過生唔食得又或者煮過龍太鞋口,由外到內的熟度同厚度都係一致,所以咬落去的豬扒口感好厚實,啖啖肉,無根又無渣仲有少少肥肉位,卡肥話豬扒就係要有啲肥肉咬落去再帶出油脂嘅味道先至好味,卡肥欣賞就得啦!

配菜仲有雞髀菇、蘆筍、甘筍同翠玉瓜,全部都煎烤過,食完肉再食啲菜先可以中和返豬肉的油膩,呢個厚似豬扒真係烹調得好高級!

食完肉食就食款澱粉落肚啦。卡邦尼一般芝士奶油忌廉汁配上煙肉粒,呢款特色卡邦尼特色在中西混合菜,沒有用上西式的煙肉粒取而代之,係金華火腿同臘肉,中式嘅臘肉醃製過,比係煙肉嘅鹹香味多一份甜味。

本身卡邦尼醬汁都係偏鹹少少,加啲甜味中和,成件事又真係幾有特色,意粉就用上扁意粉,食落去好有嚼勁,今次呢個中西配搭做得掂!

📌估唔到灣仔後街有間咁有特色嘅西式後花園,成個裝潢充滿歐陸風情,放工過來與友人們過來聚一下,品嚐美酒佳餚都幾有氣氛,難怪咁受一班上流上班族嘅歡迎!
