一個星期來三次船街全因有太多好野,今次又介紹下一間幾唔錯幾驚喜嘅weekend brunch ,WAKARAN。朋友食過夜晚話好精彩,知道推出左新weekend brunch 叫我一齊去感受下,睇menu 價錢$298 4 course一位有前菜主菜甜品,去多個free flow 都係$178,講真,價錢唔算太貴,無乜懷疑下都可以去食。點解朋友介紹?因為主廚Tommy Tsui嘅加盟,佢曾係泰式餐廳Plaa、亞洲美食市集Joint Asian Market (J.A.M) 及Miss Lee素食餐廳等。開頭以為佢走fine dining 路線,原來佢係modern Asian cuisine 嘅方向。人人有⼀個扮刈包嘅饅頭,加上自家製嘅cream已經叫人耳目一新。前菜一人揀一個,Daily Fresh Oysters Green Apple Granita 嘅生蠔加上了青蘋果汁,嗰種清新很喜歡,蠔如果大隻一點一定會更好。Maki Rolls Negitoro 係最普通嘅吞拿魚小卷物,相對剛剛食嘅生蠔,當然比較簡單。Salmon Crudo Cucumber, Beetroot,紅菜頭配

Salmon Crudo Cucumber, Beetroot,紅菜頭配三文魚,原來個感覺都幾特別。V Slow Cooked Egg Chanterelle Potato Foam ,睇個名已經知道用上好多心機,的確味道都係幾好。

Miso Pomelo Salad Baby Spinach呢個菠菜又係新鮮,而且沙律加上麵豉醬嘅沙律原來可以咁可愛。

主菜suckling pig係絕對精彩嘅大作,本身係呢個Menu我想揀另外一個菜式,但好彩有人阻止我,朋友話食燒豬先可以試咗呢個廚嘅功夫。特別推介要坐喺吧枱,因為你可以欣賞廚師點樣整呢個suckling pig,佢嘅工序非常繁複,咬落去非常之脆,而且用上八珍甜醋,加上新鮮嘅蘋果蓉兩個醬汁,今次仲有個真刈包,夾起來不得了,呢個一定唔可以錯過。
另外一個主菜Samgye Chicken Breast ,呢個都令人難以忘懷,佢嘅雞胸肉質雖然唔係好嫩,但係佢嘅皮就好薄好脆,旁邊你以為係risotto,但係其實就係薏米,再加上好清新嘅醬汁,令人十分驚喜。

甜品得兩個選擇,唔使咁煩,Tiramisu Cake Matcha同Mango Pomelo Sago Coconut Foam,當然是菜同主菜出色得多,不過食到呢度就點都滿足。

總括嚟講,以呢個價錢,啱啱推出嘅brunch絕對值得試,食完之後,都大大增加食晚餐嘅信心。
