To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期五晚，上堂過後，約埋食飯有同學仔book 咗8位，入到鋪頭一陣焦香坐低窗旁，先飲為敬菊花茶落淡淡香，飲落味適中唔太濃👍品茗過後，先上一碟清藕，點點醬味香不太辣再嚟上過䱽魚一夜干，味不太鹹，微鮮跟住主角上枱⋯⋯史上最殘忍嘅飯食⋯⋯“煲⋯仔⋯飯”伙記介紹食腸前要飲茶清舌，試吓啲腸香，鴨稱為「麻鴨」無咁肥同油，但唔乾，幾好👍跟手上埋個滑鷄殘忍飯⋯⋯「殭屍」味濃濃鷄件滑，不俗⋯⋯👍加埋個黃金蝦，淡黃香而不油，好嚐過滿腹，上個經典反沙芋，可能未到時節，爽爽的最後，送上桃膠一份，清涼潤甜⋯⋯👍介紹番條腸⋯⋯唔飲酒嘅我，唔知茅台係咩味⋯⋯但香味唔太濃，👍👍👍
