To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 早幾日去左灣仔呢間京菜—北京老家〜無論裝潢同食物都幾高質, 仲有唔少影相打卡位。一入到鋪, 就有個花橋, 旁邊有幾張椅, 擺設幾靚, 可以影下相!仲有放住一大堆「聖旨」, details位都執得好正, 好似入左傳統古代店食飯甘。沿住樓梯直上2樓就係用餐地方。四人枱下面都有Decorations, 放左d小石塊, 而值得一提係呢度的茶幾好飲, 一問之下 , 原來係大麥茶, 入口甘甜, 仲可以有助促進血液循環, 健脾消膩添。第一次食四喜烤麩, 原來烤麩係麵筋的一種, 而四喜係乾香菇、金針乾、鮮筍、木耳。而烤麩綿密的口感, 食落彈性, 帶點甜地同時又帶點鹹, 幾特別。北京填鴨點了半隻, 賣相唔錯, 皮香肉嫩, 大部分都淡淡肉, 價錢唔貴, 而且水準幾高。呢碟午門面青超好味, 係用左淮山、豬頸肉加甜豉油及芝麻而製, 淮山極爽口, 仲好新鮮, 而豬頸肉有嚼勁,加上由於滲透甜豉油, 所以味道甜甜地加濃, 好惹味, 推介推介!胡同牛肉刀削面, 面底唔似出面食d刀削面一塊塊, 呢度係一大條甘, 面較粗身, 但質地好彈牙, 比起一般一塊塊的刀削面口感更好, 而湯底唔鹹仲好濃香。葫蘆香鴨, 上枱時已好香

胡同牛肉刀削面, 面底唔似出面食d刀削面一塊塊, 呢度係一大條甘, 面較粗身, 但質地好彈牙, 比起一般一塊塊的刀削面口感更好, 而湯底唔鹹仲好濃香。

葫蘆香鴨, 上枱時已好香, 店員亦悉心幫忙剪細, 等我地方便食, 一路剪一路聽到「卡卡」聲, 應該非常脆了。

葫蘆香鴨用一個葫蘆形的碟來裝住, 份量都幾多, 四個人食綽綽有餘。香鴨外皮烤過, 好脆口, 咬入口皮極脆, 而裡面鴿肉就好嫩滑, 可以體驗到外脆內軟!

最後來個傳統熱門甜品—高力豆沙, 唔算好甜, 但入面好似好少豆沙, 咬極都唔太覺, 仲要幾粒都係甘, 建議多反d豆沙會更好食。不過, 整體食物水準都幾高, 每樣賣相美味兼備, 幾值得再去。
