To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 朋友知我鍾意食芋頭,就介紹左一間有芋泥蛋餅嘅餐廳比我。今日我去開觀塘就去食下呢間餐廳先,餐廳裝修簡約但又好多小佈置,感覺舒服。我地叫左手作芋泥肉鬆蛋餅, 肉鬆加芋原來好夾架,咸咸甜甜再加埋煙韌嘅蛋餅,朋友的確冇介紹錯。壹。01芒果滷肉飯,新款嘅配塔,可以減底油膩感,非常好味。明明,我不是章魚燒,原來係粒章魚丸😂😂。蜜味薑蔥排骨排骨炸得酥脆,配合蜜味,層次感非常豐富。珍珠奶茶茶味夠濃,不過朋友點錯走冰,但總算好飲立方西瓜氣泡賣相十分靚,打咭一流。
