Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

以往去酒店食下午茶,多半是與好友兩個人慢慢食慢慢傾,六條友約埋一齊食Tea都真係第一次。無計,有啲人好耐無見,又好鬼忙,約到天荒地老都未食到飯,唯有齊齊嘆下午茶,原來咁樣嘻嘻哈哈,都幾開心丫~另一個首次,就係來九龍東皇冠假日酒店的星幕,據聞景觀好靚。如果是秋涼天氣,坐在露天位置,遠眺將軍澳大橋與海景,咁樣嘆下午茶肯定好正。然而,近排實在太熱,除左我之外,大家又不是飲食界林超英,唯有坐番入去嘆住冷氣食Tea。廢話講多了,還是說回美食,今期主題係芒果!由三層架的最底部開始,三文治是蟹肉芒果餡,兩者當然夾,一定穩陣。Scone就一返傳統,混入了芒果乾在內,鬆軟又清新,配上的除了Clotted Cream外,果占也貫徹芒果口味,好有驚喜。中間嗰層以咸食為主,帶子煎至外微焦內細嫩,估唔到佢同芒果沙沙醬都好合拍,要讚師傅大膽的嚐試。米紙卷既有紫椰菜絲與芒果及肉碎在內,色彩繽紛之餡料若隱若現,同樣吸引。大蝦天婦羅都幾有氣勢,凍湯有少許似在吃甜品的感覺,可能是加入了芒果及蜜瓜的緣故。頂層就是我最期待的甜點了。千層酥、忌廉撻、蛋糕及可麗餅等,全數加入芒果原素,對於我這芒果迷而言,實是無得輸。個人最喜愛芒

另一個首次,就係來九龍東皇冠假日酒店的星幕,據聞景觀好靚。

如果是秋涼天氣,坐在露天位置,遠眺將軍澳大橋與海景,咁樣嘆下午茶肯定好正。然而,近排實在太熱,除左我之外,大家又不是飲食界林超英,唯有坐番入去嘆住冷氣食Tea。

頂層就是我最期待的甜點了。千層酥、忌廉撻、蛋糕及可麗餅等,全數加入芒果原素,對於我這芒果迷而言,實是無得輸。個人最喜愛芒果熱情果Crepe,軟熟的餅皮內是清新的果肉內餡,好想Encore一件,甚至兩件。
