To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 自從van仔事件後一直都想找機會支持一下魚一,今日終於經過附近,當然要一試今次點了火炙三文魚壽司、海鮮沙律、芝士年糕。首要推介芝士年糕😍一端上枱時年糕外皮脆脆的,配合流心芝士,外脆內流心的口感非常吸引😋加上啤小姐最愛的煙韌口感,絕對大推即使過了15分鐘食流心依舊!火炙三文魚壽司燒得剛好,不會過熟。魚面有微微的焦香和略融的芝士,另一面的三文魚則充滿鮮味。刺身沙律的沙律菜非常新鮮,配搭酸酸甜甜的沙律醋十分開胃。唯部分刺身有少少腥味,影響整體感覺。
