To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上次在容记小菜王吃了长脚蟹芝士伊面觉得还不错,今天中午亲戚来了特地带去吃,等了很久以后终于上菜了,一上菜的时候就感觉表面有点烤焦了,将面拌匀以后,第一口就感觉浓烈的焦味,立马叫楼面来,跟他反馈这个菜烧焦了,结果楼面经理的态度极其恶劣,一直在说,龙虾是不会烧焦的,就是这个味道,我说我上次来吃都不是这个味道,他一直在说,龙虾就是炸了一下,是不会有焦味的,你要不要看看这些黑乎乎的海鲜再说?一点芝士味都没有,面只有浓烈烧焦味儿,还是这个处理问题的态度,不会再去
