一行四人係8月嘅平日晚去食九龍城火鍋老字號,方榮記。雖然我係老街坊,但都係第一次去食,因為長期有人龍我唔想排隊,而且環境都真係唔適合家人吃飯聚會⋯⋯當日叫咗一個沙嗲湯底,一個芫茜皮蛋湯底。沙嗲湯底一流,花生味濃,唔辣,適合港人口味。皮蛋湯底就麻麻,湯應該係清水,皮蛋係一整隻冇切開,呢個湯底可以唔試。火鍋配料叫咗牛肉大份,珊瑚蚌,鯇魚片,冬菇,炸魚皮,蘿蔔,金菇,雞件,豬膶,大光麵等等。推介珊瑚蚌,同沙嗲湯底好夾,又爽口。牛肉好大份,不過好韌,可能要叫最貴嘅牛肉質素先會好,呢個失望。其他料好好好普通,係平價貨啦。碟生菜係一入坐就有,🤔應該計咗錢⋯。待應冇乜服務可言啦⋯⋯態度就係有性格囉。如果喜歡食沙嗲牛肉,可以去試吓呢個火鍋又或者去試吓午餐提供嘅沙嗲牛肉麵。
