以前打冷硬係有種去大排檔嘅感覺,近年多咗唔少坐得舒服嘅靚靚潮州菜,想食中菜都多左選擇。 每次打冷都必叫鵝片,單睇色澤已經好唔錯,食落有肉汁夠軟腍,少少鵝皮咬落好香,係潮州人都會滿意嘅高水準。魚露浸花甲永遠係出街先會食到嘅心機菜,花甲排得好靚成朵花咁,蜆肉新鮮大隻,有魚露香味。花膠北菇湯用料十足,兩大條花膠真係同阿媽煲嘅花膠湯同款,冬菇有大半手掌咁大,骨膠原爆棚。 雖然係清甜嘅燉湯,但花膠味好濃,物有所值。炒粿條有鑊氣,條條分明炒得幾好,牛肉嫩滑有沙茶香味。
