To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

為慶祝朋友斷食成功，以及已經復食幾日， 我哋幾個朋友講起想去食長腳蟹，朋友搵到呢間海港酒樓話食長腳蟹幾抵食，就一於試下啦~酒樓環境幾好，坐得舒舒服服~花雕蒸長腳蟹 - 有蛋白喺底一齊蒸，酒味香濃，蛋白同蟹膏一齊食特別好味。 長腳蟹都算幾大隻 ， 蟹腳剪開啖啖肉 ， 好新鮮，一啲都唔腥。 我哋四個人食一隻啱啱好~拔絲咕嚕黑豚肉 - 炒得幾香，真係有拔絲~海王西洋菜煲 - 西洋菜煲正常，海味都算幾多~白灼蝦一斤- 白灼蝦蝦肉鮮甜，彈牙，夠新鮮~埋單一千一百蚊，四個人去酒樓坐得舒舒服服又食到長腳蟹嚟講，我覺得算幾抵食~
