To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

由於對英倫主題有興趣加上Citi Bank 信用咭晚餐有25% off 甘就去試試啦.整體食物水準中上款式都好多 , 沙律吧有驚喜反而蘇格蘭蛋, Fish & Chip ,魚批等英倫風主打食物一般 .冷盤都好多選擇全用冰桶盛著自取– 長腳蟹,螺,蝦,青口,龍蝦鉗. 即開生蠔有兩種 美國同紐西蘭 ,不過唔知係咪價錢關係開好哂都只放紐西蘭蠔出嚟收埋晒D 美國蠔問先俾兩隻你.值得一讚自家製紅菜頭煙三文魚, Cream Cheese 賣相一般但味道一流.燒牛同鵝乾合格,鹽焗三文魚無味不過加埋個醬就好好味,魚生新鮮重有芝士焗龍蝦啖啖肉.沒有了手袋形狀的甜品有點失望不過整體味道都Ok 而且size適中. 重要有雞蛋仔同Movenpick 雪糕作完美的句號
