To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

茶室就是不一樣

每次經過這間奇華茶室門口都會看看它貼上的餐牌，看到食物種類就腦中直接會想這就是跟普通茶餐廳一樣。亦由於茶室不是地舖，要行樓梯上去，所以遲遲都未有打算上去試試。就是心料沒有特別，上到茶室就是會得到驚喜。茶室燈光很足，環境衛生很好，氣氛是似50/60年代西式咖啡室模樣。懷舊味併現代食店的一些風格，坐在沿窗邊的座位很療癒。心情很放鬆。這間絕對不是茶餐廳！這是一間有優雅一面的“茶室”。茶室食物種類不算多，其實也不需要多，有港式及南洋風的飯麵類，有些小食、餅點及甜點。這晚因是飯後才想起去奇華茶室，所以就只叫了一份西多士及茶。但滿足度卻很高，因不經意發現一個煩囂社區裏的一閣優雅之處。會再來！
