To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 吃過點心,再追加一客桂花紅豆糕。因為部長的小錯誤,我們白花了十多分鐘等一客只是需要從雪櫃命拿來切的甜品
不過算了,三小件糕點賣相漂亮,半透明的有一點點桂花和紅豆在裏面,像一件件水晶;吃來有大菜糕的實淨質感,隱約有桂花的香和甜,再咬下去是粒粒紅豆,蓉蓉的和上面的清爽口感很不同。整體來說它不會太甜,紅豆和桂花的味道也頗夾,是不錯的夏日甜品


在陶源飲茶不算便宜,光是茶錢和加一已是四十多元;不過食物質素是和價錢成正比的,例如點心賣相和味道都較阿豬阿狗茶樓精緻;員工不會趕我們走,又不用撘枱,可以舒服地坐一段時間,是茶樓版的starbucks。
