Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

招牌酸菜魚酸菜魚近年深受我哋喜愛，我家住附近，就要來八月茶室食他們的酸菜魚鍋，食過第一次之後，就一直都好中意食，今次黎到當然唔例外！湯頭酸辣香濃，魚片滑溜，沒有腥味，相當開胃！湯內有份量十足的萵筍，萵筍口感爽口，令魚鍋更有層次，加上適量酸菜，仲有芝麻香味，惹味非常！水晶粉既彈牙又充滿酸辣香味，一流！紅燒豆腐斑腩每一件頭腐也大大件，豆腐煎到呈現漂亮的金黃色，外脆內嫩滑，醬汁的吸收在豆腐，十分入味。這是我最喜歡班腩，魚味濃厚，而且有豐富的骨膠原，正重慶雞煲出面餐廳不是容易食到好味雞煲，而這裏的是非常出名，所以就點了一份重𪊴雞煲，一上桌時，整個大鍋充滿着蒜頭，紅紅辣椒，心想一定是十分惹味，嚐一口已經濃味強勁。這份雞煲的份量十足，雞件經炒過肉質仍保持鮮嫩。
