To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 平時經過若非認真留意絕不會發現這間看似平凡的「茶記」其實「禾稈冚珍珠」，所售的並不止一般茶餐廳常見的菜式，當中更有一系列創意料理，最為人所知的定非巨型梳乎厘莫屬。吉列安格斯牛配炒飯 ($168)意外發現這裡竟然有售近期大熱的吉列牛，不同的是它改以「碟頭飯」形式呈上。炒飯底不夠香口乾身，加入雞蛋炒成可惜蛋香欠奉，吉列牛脆皮偏厚鬆脆如同吉列豬扒一樣，雖選擇了五成熟但牛肉過熟以致肉質較韌，而且配上黑椒汁令吉列牛炸皮極速軟化。焗鮮茄豬扒飯多士盒 ($68)多士盒挖空加入鮮茄豬扒飯，面層舖滿芝士令人食指大動，麵包口感酥脆，但要趁熱食用否則會變得堅韌。豬扒軟腍而且份量充足，炒飯底則與吉列牛飯無異，不過配上茄醬及芝士等材料令口味道豐富得多。雪山梳乎厘 ($88)巨型梳乎厘足足有30厘米闊，比人頭還要大，外層微微煙韌，口感軟綿，底層部份近似蛋糕。不過整體味道單寡，建議可以另外配上一碟鮮果及餅乾配合食用，令味道及口感更加豐富。雖然味道方面尚有改進空間，但不失為一個好嘗試，在茶餐廳中品嚐到各種大熱特色美食，絕對是個難忘經驗。
