To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 約了好朋友一起在金鐘下午茶,五點了。以為茶餐廳有一定水平,怎料…手機掃描二維碼下單,我喜歡麻辣,於是拍了炸豬扒麻辣撈米線,加一個中式餐湯。菜湯碗小,湯料多,有薏米、紅蘿蔔、豬骨和微豆。味道不錯但是很多油。我總不明白,餐廳出湯為什麼容許這麼多油,一點都不隔走,好像沒有油就是假湯。來了,這個主食,愛上不錯,底部是米線,然後一塵芽菜,跟着就是切碎的炸豬扒和很多碎蔥、花生,和少許芫荽。有芫荽有炸豬扒基本上好難唔好吃,但是竟然給他們做到了。炸豬扒非常鹹,米線沒有味,然而卻很油冧冧,怎樣撈也撈不出味道來。於是我問攞一些辣椒醬。其實不停咁加調味,我就不明白廚師請來做什麼。我們需要辣椒醬、水,小小一間店舖但是三個是影都行來行去,侍應似乎很忙而且心情不太好。
